Use a Planner for a Breakup Tool
Throughout my videos, I advocate obtaining a notebook to dedicate towards your healing process, when you are heartbroken from a breakup. This is for journaling, your self-research, ideas, a creative outlet, the list goes on.
I was purchasing a planner for myself, and I thought, "This would actually be a great tool, in addition to the notebook."
Healing is one day at a time, and it is not linear.
Each day, you can document your feelings in the daily section. You can set emotional goals or desired skills/knowledge for that month in the monthly summary section. And you can use the calendar to plan social events (when you are ready), and time you can make to get into nature.
